The first quarter has truly felt like a rollercoaster. In just two months, I’ve gained valuable lessons that helped me navigate the ups and downs. I learned to manage my time better and take on more responsibilities as a student leader. I realized that taking small steps each day can help me grow and improve myself. In our ICT subject, I gained new knowledge, particularly in creating my own website and managing blogs. This helped me express myself better through writing, making the rollercoaster ride more enjoyable.
However, the ride wasn’t always smooth. I struggled with managing my time since I had responsibilities both in school and in our club. Even though it’s only the first quarter, we were already overloaded with schoolwork, and the shortened schedule made it harder to adjust. Last month, we celebrated National Science Club Month, which added more tasks and made my schedule even more hectic. This left me feeling overwhelmed and stressed, often causing mental blocks while working on my blogs and making it difficult to balance my school and personal responsibilities.
But I knew I wouldn’t enjoy the ride if I let these difficulties take over, so I took action. I created a more effective schedule for handling both personal and academic duties. I also set daily goals to help me improve step by step. These changes helped reduce the burden I was feeling.
Now, to keep the ride smooth, I’ll continue improving how I manage my time and tasks, staying focused and organized. I’ll also challenge myself to push my limits and seize every opportunity to grow and learn in the upcoming quarters.
